Resonating Through the Lines
Investigating the intersection of Game Design, Minority Stress, and Art as a Functional Intervention for Youth.
About Me
My name is Pavni Jain
The Architect of Resonance
I am a systems designer and empath who believes that game mechanics can be a form of clinical empathy. My journey began at the intersection of traditional Kathak dance, classical piano, and the high-pressure environments of academic performance. Having navigated the alienation often felt by youth, I’ve dedicated my practice to "Resonance Inquiry"—the study of how visual and interactive systems can dismantle stigma and provide a sanctuary for emotional recovery.

My Mission
Bridging the empathy gap through intentional art.
My goal is to use Resonance Inquiry to turn traditional and digital mediums into sanctuaries for emotional recovery.
My Activities
01
Assistant Props Manager & Lead Fabricator
Managed a team to design and construct physical narratives for three major theatrical productions. I focused on how "objects of comfort" on stage could influence the audience’s emotional immersion.
03
Classical Piano (8 Years)
Investigating the relationship between auditory precision and stress reduction.
02
Kathak Performance (8 Years)
Exploring the mathematics of movement and storytelling through traditional Indian dance.
04
Religious Camp Facilitator
Instructed 40+ children in drawing and crafts, using art as a vehicle for cultural connection and safety.
